Admission & rules

Admission is arranged only after all required tests, complete reports and physician approval.

   Registration · Submit identity, goals, history, medicines and reports; complete membership, privacy and medical consent documents and annual payment.

   Pre-admission tests · All required examinations arranged or coordinated by the centre must be completed before arrival.

   Physician review · Assess reports and suitability; acute or unstable conditions receive appropriate medical care first.

4. 04

   Confirm benefits · Agree on level, annual fee, days, room, tests and individual arrangements.

5. 05

   During the stay · Follow the individual dining, health, rehabilitation and treatment plan, reviewed by professionals.

6. 06

   After departure · Receive a health-management summary and connect with devices, the app and optional home support.

Reservations & fees

Reservations are by introduction or an approved referrer, with identity checks and advance records. No smoking indoors; use designated areas. Respect quiet conduct and clean indoor footwear. No separate caregiver accommodation is offered; accompanying family must apply and be assessed separately. Cancellation, postponement and refunds follow the signed agreement; extras are confirmed separately.

Medical services are delivered by appropriately qualified providers. A stay does not replace necessary treatment or guarantee outcomes. Health data use requires authorisation and restricted access. Tokyo medical services, tests, devices and aftercare follow formal agreements.
